Grants​/Loans Administrator

Overview

SHINE Technologies seeks a Grants/Loans Administrator to coordinate loan management activities for the Chrysalis Project. The role involves overseeing loan reporting and management, preparing status reports for loan guarantors, and providing regular updates to finance and project leadership. This full‑time position offers a salary range of $54,000 – $108,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package.

• Ensure adherence to loan terms, conditions, policies, and procedures, working with appropriate teams to correct deviations as needed.
• Prepare progress reports for funders, manage communication with funders, and provide technical assistance related to such reports.
• Provide status updates to SHINE leadership related to reporting and communication to funders.

• Administrative background with a focus on government‑funded grants and loans.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple activities, prioritizing them to contribute most to company success.
• Cooperative approach to reporting and status updating.
• Ability to critically evaluate information and confidence to ask questions when things don’t make sense.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree with at least four years of grant/loan management experience in a technical industry, preferred.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls and may be conditioned on meeting Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre‑employment drug screen, fingerprinting, and criminal background check.
