We are partnering with a market leader in Food Manufacturing to find an accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their most critical sites.

Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.
Location
:
Janesville, WI. Full relocation package
- Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
- Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
- Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design – think creatively and proactively.
- Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.
- Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as:
Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
- Bachelor Science Engineering
- 8 + years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.
- Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
- Continuous Improvement experience required.
