As part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement programs.

Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.
Location: Janesville, WI. Full relocation package.
Responsibilities- Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
- Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
- Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design. Think creatively and proactively.
- Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.
- Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as:
Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
- Engineering Degree or related Bachelor's / Master’s degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.
- Strategy and Budget planning of multi‑million dollar projects.
- Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
- Continuous Improvement experience required.
