We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cosmetology or Esthetics Substitute Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will cover classrooms when regular instructors are unavailable, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students in their learning journey. Your expertise will help students maintain momentum in their education and develop essential skills for their careers.

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the curriculum.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions in various cosmetology techniques.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with other staff to maintain educational standards and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

• Must have an active Cosmetology or Esthetics License.
• Strong experience in the cosmetology field.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.00 and $22.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
