As a Cosmetology Teacher at Tricoci University, you will be responsible for guiding and educating the next generation of beauty professionals. Your position involves not just teaching essential cosmetology techniques, but also inspiring creativity and instilling a passion for the art of beauty in your students.

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards.
• Utilize hands‑on training methods to teach cutting, styling, skin care, and makeup application.
• Evaluate student performance and deliver constructive feedback tailored to individual learning styles.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes collaboration and respect.
• Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends and innovations to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology License for the state of WI.
• Experience in the cosmetology field, with a strong foundational knowledge of techniques.
• Prior teaching experience is desired but not mandatory.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
