Our Occupational Medicine clinic in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This position will see a variety of occupational health patients including workers comp and DOT exams.

• Outpatient clinic setting embedded within the SSM St. Mary's Hospital Campus
• Full-time position with clinic hours
  • NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA

• EPIC EMR
• Experience-based compensation + robust benefits package
  • Benefits coverage within your first 30 days!

• Experience as a provider is highly preferred
• Occupational Health experience is a plus, but open to training
• Ability to work independently
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin
• DEA license
• Medical Examiner Certification - can be obtained upon starting employment
