Express Service Advisor

Overview

The Boucher Dealerships of Janesville are looking to hire an Express Service Advisor.

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; enter repair orders (RO) into a service database system.

• CDK experience preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
