Position Overview
The Boucher Dealerships of Janesville are looking to hire a Mobile Service Advisor / Coordinator. The Mobile Service Advisor / Coordinator is responsible for managing and scheduling Ford Mobile Service appointments, ensuring efficient coordination between customers and the mobile service team. This role proactively engages with local businesses to promote and schedule commercial service appointments, helping expand mobile service opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at balancing schedules while maintaining clear communication with technicians and clients.
Responsibilities- Schedule and manage Ford Mobile Service appointments
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules with the mobile service team
- Proactively reach out to businesses to secure commercial service opportunities
- Communicate appointment details, changes, and follow‑ups with customers and technicians
- Maintain accurate records and support overall mobile service operations
CDK experience preferred. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top‑rated CSI standards and a focus on world‑class customer service.
