Construction Estimator

A well-established, highly respected commercial general contractor in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. • Prepare accurate conceptual, schematic, design-development, and GMP estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Develop detailed quantity take-offs and pricing
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Participate in scope reviews, value engineering, and risk analysis
• Support preconstruction meetings and client presentations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and owners
• Maintain historical cost data and market pricing awareness

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience with large-scale commercial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials
• Proficiency with estimating software and take-off tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
