Budget Truck and Auto is an auto body shop in Janesville, WI. We specialize in light duty (passenger vehicles) and heavy duty (semi’s, motor coaches, RV’s) performing collision repair, custom painting, and vinyl graphics. Budget is looking for a Paint Prepper to add to our team, with an opportunity for growth within the company. Candidates should have the following:

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be a team player
• Ability to multi-task and follow‑up on multiple projects
• Detail oriented
• Attendance/punctuality

• Sand and mask vehicles to prepare for paint
• Sand and buff/polish vehicles for defects and color correction
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Pay: $17 - $22 / hour

• Automotive experience a plus

• I-Car Certification is a bonus
