Role Description
This is a full-time Office Assistant role based on-site in Jamnagar. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling phone calls, operating office equipment, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, the individual will support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow in alignment with company procedures.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally manage calls and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support office functions and ensure efficient operations.
Experience handling Office Equipment and possessing relevant Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, including document organization and filing.
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software is a plus.
