The selected professional will support kitchen operations by maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, & consistency, while working closely with senior culinary leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation & cooking of high-quality dishes
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, & sanitation standards
Collaborate with senior chefs on menu planning & execution
Monitor kitchen inventory & manage stock efficiently
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, & portion control

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Indian, Chinese, & Continental cuisines
Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations
Disciplined, team-oriented, & quality-driven approach
