Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
6+ years of experience in software development and Microsoft Power Platform.
Advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse .
Experience integrating with Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 .
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for Power Platform.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Dev Ops practices, and ALM strategies .
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) preferred.
