Manage and deliver 3 to 4 concurrent projects or Scrum teams effectively
Act as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master depending on project requirements
Drive end-to-end technology projects within the Mortgage or Home Loans domain
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices
Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
