Shift Manager

• Lead shifts every week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to transfer information and prepare for a smooth transition.
• Support departments in meeting their goals and achieve shift targets.
• Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew scheduling, training, and safety/security.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Energetic and friendly with supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule and positive team player.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
