This full-time auto repair position includes the following responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously in person or by phone and listen to their vehicle issues
• Create written estimates with a comprehensive plan for urgent repairs and future service needs
• Convert recommendations into sales with honesty and professionalism
• Add work orders to the database and schedule appointments with realistic timelines
• Serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, using the computerized POS system to communicate with technicians
• Provide ongoing updates to customers and notify them when their vehicle is ready for pickup
• Ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate a helpful, people-focused attitude
