• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for retail and metrics‑driven approach to meet business goals
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Proficiency in utilizing retail technology
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
