The Day-to-Day:
- Model our core values to foster a fun environment for the team
- Lead and empower the team to deliver excellent product and service
- Own shift execution and ensure standards are met
- Greet customers, take orders, and thank them while providing friendly service in-restaurant or drive-thru
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register
- Prepare and store food ingredients properly
- Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment
