Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Surg 5W

Full‑Time | 36 hours/week

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Up to $2,000 for part‑time and full‑time caregivers

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be considered.

Experience: New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire). LPN‑IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements).

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking throughout shift. Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance. Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
