• Operator Assistant Trainee: $16.50/hr.
• Potential Annual Earnings: $73,000+/year (average earnings depend on hours, overtime, product service line, location and position).
• Position is eligible for a $400/month stipend when based out of Williston, ND.
• 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule (rotating day/night shift). Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.
• $45/day Per Diem or paid living accommodations during scheduled working time.
• Employees are responsible for coordinating their own travel to and from Williston, ND and their own transportation to the Halliburton facility for the workday.

• Under supervision, you will learn basic safety, repair and operations procedures on equipment and tools for this job.
• You will learn and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and guidelines, and other safety and service quality protocols.
• Assist in the completion of pre- and post-job equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.
• Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of operation equipment, which can include high-pressure iron and hose connections.
• Assist in completing preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining support equipment.
• Assist in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for a job.
• Practice safe driving procedures when traveling to and from locations.
• Complete training as required following the Company's learning development system and processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to obtain a Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement or a Class B license depending on product service line; must have a satisfactory driving record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges.
• Class A CDL permit preferred prior to start date.
• Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days after start date;
  Halliburton will enroll the employee into a class to obtain a CDL.
• Manual transmission experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
• Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long workdays and/or irregular hours; be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions.
• Maintains effective working relationship with other employees.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts.
