My Place Hotel - Jamestown is seeking a dependable, motivated part‑time team member for a cross‑trained Guest Service Representative / Housekeeping position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and helping keep the hotel running smoothly behind the scenes and at the desk.

• Greet guests professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, phone calls, and guest requests
• Process payments, complete shift paperwork, logs, and basic cash handling
• Must be able to complete laundry duties during the shift
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all back‑of‑house and common areas, including but not limited to:
  • Guest laundry room
  • Stairwells and hallways
  • Lobby and public restrooms
  • Office, storage, and employee areas
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and restock supplies
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Ensure rooms and common areas are guest‑ready at all times

• Part‑time position
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Starting pay: $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Willingness to be fully cross‑trained and assist where needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
