North Dakota State Hospital – Jamestown, ND – RN Nurse Manager
The ND State Hospital is looking to recruit an RN Nurse Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Primary administrative nursing responsibility and management for all assigned units of Psychosocial Rehabilitation units and Treatment Mall. In this position will be accessible to units as needed. Assists with planning, implementing, and maintaining the quality-of-care standards for our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and administrative management for Nursing services provided for areas assigned.
You will act as a resource and facilitate collaboration between nursing personnel and other health care disciplines throughout the hospital. Furthermore, this role will be instrumental in assisting with planning and development of policies and processes. You will be accountable for promoting ongoing development of staff and for maintaining a professional environment in which all staff can grow and develop.
To be considered for this position
, you must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing, experience in Long-Term Care and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing is preferred and at least two years in a leadership position.
