Bridges to Recovery – Jamestown, ND – Direct Care Associate Adult Overnight
Bridges to Recovery is seeking dedicated Direct Care Associates to join our team. We are hiring for full-time positions.
Work Schedule:
Overnight 10:00 pm – 6:30 am; every other weekend and every other holiday.

Location:
ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.

- Connect with clients and support them on their recovery journey.
- Aid individuals to identify their goals for recovery, learning, and life.
- Assist in generalizing the skills clients learn during substance use and mental health groups.
- Work with clients to develop effective communication and socialization skills, and teach self-advocacy and self-help strategies.
- Observe and monitor individuals' condition; document and report any changes in well-being.
- Assist clients in the administration of their medication.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience providing direct care to special populations is preferred; no experience required as on-site training is provided.
- Medication Assistant training provided onsite if not currently certified.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
