- Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
- Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage or mechanical breakdowns; troubleshoots when necessary; repairs or replaces worn or defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.
- Operates machine shop equipment and fabricates required parts when necessary.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
- Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes–Oxley, etc.).
- Performs other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as directed by supervision.
- One or more years of experience as a Production Operator or Technician and/or formal training or experience. >
Experience in HVAC, welding, electronics, electrical repairs, industrial equipment installations, alignment, start‑up repairs, etc.
Job Requirements
Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.
Compensation & Sign‑On BonusBase pay: $33.20 per hour (increases to $34.40 after 90 days).
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in three installments—$500 at 45 days, $500 at 90 days, and $1,000 at 180 days.
