HVAC Install Coordinator
Apply for the HVAC Install Coordinator role at Eanes Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical.
Schedule:
Wednesday–Saturday;
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am–8 pm and Wednesday from 2 pm–8 pm.
- Assist the HVAC Installation team in the High Point, NC office.
- Learn and proficiently enter and access information in the customer database.
- Call customers to confirm appointments.
- Dispatch technician calls.
- Obtain permits and confirm client appointments.
- Handle filing, faxing, making copies, preparing job packets, and Microsoft Office and Excel.
- At least one year of administrative experience.
- Highly energetic, customer‑satisfaction oriented, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
