Job Description:

Joining TE Connectivity’s Distribution & Logistics organization means becoming part of a global team that directly impacts how products move from origin to customer. In this role, you will work at the intersection of cost optimization, service performance, and digital logistics transformation, influencing freight spend, delivery reliability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, contribute to high‑visibility optimization initiatives, and gain exposure to advanced analytics, control tower solutions, and global logistics networks.

• Drive initiatives to achieve Freight % of Sales and TEBIT targets for the assigned Subvertical, ensuring cost optimization and savings delivery.
• Oversee carrier determination setup and shipment window configuration, driving process improvements and shipment visibility.
• Provide operational and strategic logistics support for DC Dobřany, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
• Lead Global Parcel Optimization initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery performance across regions.
• Implement transit time visibility solutions using Control Tower processes and digital dashboards for real‑time monitoring.
• Participate in logistics projects on behalf of the Industrial BU to improve logistics KPIs and overall performance.
• Partner closely with the Global Logistics (GLOG) team to support freight and distribution KPI achievement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in international logistics or transportation‑focused roles.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute data‑driven or optimization projects.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel when required, with strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
