Performance Test Automation Engineer; f​/m​/x

We are looking for a Performance Test Automation Engineer to join our team and support projects for international clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality and performance of delivered solutions by designing and executing automated non‑functional tests and actively cooperating with agile delivery teams.

• Design and implementation of automated performance and non‑functional test scripts
• Analysis of test results and identification of defects, including test script updates
• Review and comment on requirements and technical designs from a testing perspective
• Active collaboration with agile Scrum teams to ensure high‑quality deliveries
• Preparation, gathering and management of test data with an understanding of dependencies
• Report, debug, and verification of defects
• Recommendation of appropriate actions based on test outcomes
• Identification and resolution of daily impediments, including risk mitigation
• Continuous improvement and extension of the existing test automation framework

• Proven experience in software development and proficiency in Java
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in test automation, including web and REST‑based solutions
• Strong expertise in non‑functional testing, especially performance testing
• Practical experience with JMeter
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Maven, Selenium Web Driver, Rest‑Assured, Postman)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
• General testing knowledge aligned with ISTQB Foundation Level
• Basic experience in SQL query preparation
• Skills in data manipulation using various formats (XML, CSV, JSON)
• Familiarity with the BDD approach and Gherkin is an additional asset
• Fluent Polish required
