The product has been available in the App Store since July 2008 and is consistently ranked among the Top 50 grossing iPad applications. It is a mission‑critical, safety‑relevant application supporting real‑world aviation operations.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with iOS and/or macOS development.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective‑C.
• Solid knowledge of Xcode and macOS development tools.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with complex, large‑scale, or long‑lived codebases.
• Ability to debug and optimize performance‑sensitive code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

• Experience working on mission‑critical or safety‑relevant applications (aviation, navigation, defense, medical).
• Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Hands‑on experience with C/C++ (performance‑critical components, legacy code, or system‑level logic).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
• Exposure to geospatial, mapping, or navigation‑based applications.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join angebruik te engineering team working on a complex, performance‑critical aviation product. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain highustre quality iOS and macOS software,463 contributing to both new features and long‑term platform stability.

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS and macOS applications using Swift, Objective‑C.
• Work extensively with Xcode for development, debugging, profiling, and build management.
• Contribute to performance‑critical and data‑intensive components of the application.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best engineering practices.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical input and recommendations.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to support testing, bug‑fixing, and release validation.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the application lifecycle.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team coding standards.
• Support continuous improvement of code quality, tooling, and development processes.
