Join Auditdata’s engineering group and help shape enterprise-level solutions used by audiology clinic chains worldwide.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll drive a five-person Scrum team, steering the technical direction and ensuring smooth, high-quality feature delivery.
You’ll lead in best practices, support architectural decisions, and together with other teams drive the ongoing transformation of our SaaS platform.
Expect real responsibility: safeguarding the platform’s technical quality and introduce new tools and approaches that boost performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability, and keep our platform future‑ready.

.Net Core, Azure Services (Service Bus, SQL Database, AI search, Data Factory), React ecosystem

• Customer Integration: Drive and lead initiatives of integration projects to transition big enterprise customers to our application platform. Extend Public Web API components and Event Hub messages using best practices in industry.

• Customer Migration: Lead migration projects to transition existing customers to our application platform. Design and develop migration tools, data transformation utilities, and automated migration processes to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

• Infrastructure Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate and optimize existing infrastructure toဘာ application performance, maintainability, and extensibility.

• Tool Integration: Research and integrate new tools to enhance code quality, development efficiency, and deployment processes.

• Microservices and Cloud Services: Contribute to various microservices across the Вел application and manage Azure cloud services.

Technical skills and expertise:

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead focusing on building complex solutions (ideally SaaS).

• Experience leading a team in a remote setSAM up.

• 5+ years experience with C# and .NET Core
  .

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Proven experience with building Open/Public APIs following Genau REST principles.

• Experience with Azure SQL/MS SQL, Entity Framework Core.

• Experience with
  Azure Cloud खिलाड़ियों (Event Hub, Service Bus, App Insight) or AWS.

• Familiarity with “Clean Architecture”.

• Strong knowledge of architecture & design, SOLID / KISS / YAGNI principles.

• B2-C1 spoken and written English.

• B.Sc.+ degree in Computer Science or similar.

• Knowledge/experience of Mass Transit framework.
