As part of Codility’s Trust team, you’ll work on systems that ensure our assessments are secure, fair, and reliable for millions of candidates and enterprise customers globally.
This role is ideal for engineers who want to grow their impact over time while working on meaningful, real-world problems at scale.
What you’ll do Pioneer AI-Powered Integrity- Contribute to features across the full stack (Python/Django/FastAPI, React), working from design through to production with support from the team.
- Learn to apply AI/LLM tools and components pragmatically as part of modern engineering workflows.
- Help develop integrity features such as fraud detection and proctoring, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Use data and feedback to improve detection signals and reduce false positives over time.
- Make pragmatic implementation and design decisions within established architectural patterns.
- Learn how to build observable, scalable, and resilient systems using metrics, structured logs, and traces.
- Help ensure systems remain reliable during periods of growth or sudden traffic spikes.
- Work closely with Product and UX to translate integrity needs into working features.
- Collaborate with Data/ML engineers to integrate models and evaluation pipelines, with shared ownership and guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation to support team learning and clarity.
- Grow through pairing, feedback, and thoughtful code reviews.
- Share ideas and perspectives, especially around emerging AI-native engineering practices.
- Take increasing ownership of projects as your confidence and context grow.
- Stay curious: explore new technologies and apply them pragmatically.
- Professional experience building software in production environments.
- Solid backend skills (Python/Django/FastAPI or similar) and willingness to work across the stack, including frontend (React or similar).
- Experience contributing to features end-to-end, with an interest in customer outcomes.
- A learning mindset, ownership of your work, and openness about what you’re still developing.
- Exposure to proctoring, fraud detection, or anomaly detection.
- Experience working with LLMs or ML-powered features in production.
- Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud primitives.
- Remote‑first across Poland.
