Bridgers Finance is seeking a Backend Developer to contribute to the development of Bridge Vault, our multi‑chain wallet platform, and the backend services that support the Bridgers.xyz cross‑chain ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building secure, scalable backend systems using JavaScript/Node.js and Python, integrating multi‑chain data, transaction routing logic, and wallet infrastructure. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong backend engineering skills and a passion for blockchain and distributed systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs for wallet operations, authentication, asset indexing, and cross‑chain actions.
• Build microservices in Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Express, NestJS).
• Integrate blockchain data using Web
  3.py, Ethers.js, Web
  3.js, and RPC endpoints.
• Implement database schemas and optimize data storage using Postgre
  
  SQL / Mongo

• Develop and maintain REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs for front‑end and mobile integration.
• Implement backend security, encryption protocols, and safe key‑handling flows.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate Omni Bridge and Meta Path routing logic.
• Maintain unit tests, documentation, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with Dev Ops to deploy services across multi‑cloud environments.

• 3–5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Understanding of blockchain RPC endpoints, Web3 libraries, wallet flows, or smart contract interaction.

Hourly Rate: USD $49.8 – $82.2 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.

Billing Cycle:
Weekly or bi‑weekly.

Via Bridgers’ internal tracking tool or approved platforms.

Payment Method: USDT (TRC
20/ERC
20), USDC, or USD bank transfer.

Payment Frequency:
Within 5 business days after invoice approval.

Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.

Performance Bonus:
Up to 10% of total billable hours quarterly, based on contribution to uptime reliability, automation efficiency, or critical project delivery.

Availability Bonus:
Additional hourly multiplier (+15%) for on‑call rotation or emergency response outside standard hours.

Retention Bonus:
Long‑term contractors (6+ months) may qualify for a loyalty incentive equivalent to one month of average billings.

Initial Term: 6 months (renewable, extendable).

Renewal:
Subject to performance review.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
