In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of a robust data layer that supports real‑time customer engagement and decisioning. You’ll work on high‑performance data ingestion and retrieval systems, leveraging modern cloud and container technologies. Our stack includes Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Big Query, AWS, and GCP. You’ll help shape the future of our data architecture, including initiatives around data lakes and multi‑tenant services.

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable components and services,
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact features,
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed environments,
• Contribute to the evolution of our cloud‑native infrastructure,
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

You are a proactive and collaborative engineer who thrives in dynamic environments. You’re passionate about building resilient systems and continuously improving performance and scalability.

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with Java.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, multi‑threading, and concurrency.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka or Google Pub/Sub).
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with data lake architectures or large‑scale data storage solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native database services such as Google Big Query.

Base salary range for this role is 226, PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
