We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead – Automation with a strong background in C#,
UI
, and API testing
. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who can drive end-to-end testing activities independently and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#.
• Perform UI and API testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Independently drive the testing efforts and manage test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members if required and lead by example.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

• 8–10 years of experience in Test Automation

• Strong hands‑on experience with C# programming.
• Proficient in both UI automation and API testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and soft skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure Dev Ops.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.)
