Founding Fullstack Engineer

• Architect, build, and own core product features across our entire stack, from AI (various LLMs, Voice AI, VAPI, Langfuse),
  Python (optionally Golang
  ) on the backend,
  Postgres as a DB and Microsoft Azure for the infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable microservice architectures on a modern infrastructure stack.
• Development of production-grade AI products
  , including features driven by LLMs, agents, and advanced audio ML
  .
• Integrate a wide variety of third-party APIs to expand our platform's capabilities.
• Get hands-on with Voice AI
  , building systems for audio analysis, processing, and implementing robust evaluation frameworks for evals and agent orchestration
  .
• Champion a security-first mindset, ensuring the highest standards for data, application, and infrastructure security
  .
• Establish and drive a comprehensive testing culture, from unit testing to contract and penetration testing.

• You have a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade AI products
  , especially in a startup environment.
• You possess rock-solid, hands-on experience in Python (and/or Golang
  ),
  Postgres (or MySQL), microservices, and modern infrastructure.
  ReactJS or Electron is a big plus too.
• You are experienced in API integrations and can quickly get up to speed with new services.
  MCP is a plus
• You have deep, practical experience with LLMs
  , prompt engineering,
  evals.
  Voice AI and Audio ML is a significant plus.
• Experience building prod-grade agents (
  agentic quoting
  ), for the memory and tooling challenges
• You are exceptionally driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and are excited by the prospect of being a founding member of the team.
• You are a pragmatic problem-solver who can translate complex requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
