Our client is seeking a senior-level CMS / Front-end Developer to support its marketing technology stack. The role combines ownership of a headless CMS (Strapi) with front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, enabling faster marketing execution, scalable content workflows, and improved conversion and analytics capabilities.

This position is best suited to a highly autonomous individual contributor who can partner closely with marketing stakeholders while maintaining strong engineering standards.

• Configure and manage Strapi content types, components, and collections
• Design content models that enable marketer self‑serve workflows
• Manage roles, permissions, publishing workflows, and environments
• Maintain upgrades, migrations, performance, and security

• Build and maintain marketing pages and sites using React / Next.js
• Consume headless CMS APIs (REST / Graph
  
  QL)
• Implement SEO fundamentals, performance optimisation, and responsive UI
• Support analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking

• Integrate CMS with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and form tools
• Support lead capture, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign delivery and optimisation

• Own deployments from development through production
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders

• Senior‑level JavaScript / Type Script experience
• Strong React and/or Next.js production experience
• Hands‑on exposure to headless CMS platforms (Strapi preferred)
• API development and integration experience
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable operating as a single owner for marketing web infrastructure
