Sr BackEnd Developer; NodeJS - LATAM

Our client, a software development company is looking for a Sr Back End Engineer What you will be doing

• Full stack design and development of core components and modules of the healthcare platform
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and Product Management to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Review pull requests (PRs) from other team members and provide quality feedback
• Contribute to and lead one or more Product feature-level initiatives on an architectural and technical planning basis
• Participate as a senior member of an Agile Pod, reviewing, estimating, and completing work as part of a team in a timely manner and mentoring other developers
• Help improve and innovate the dev ops environments and CI/CD processes
• Understand and help improve cloud resources and deployments in AWS, using best practices to deploy software
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and optimizations into business processes through automation and technology

• 6+ years of experience as a professional software developer with proven success
• Advanced English level (B2 or more)
• 5+ years’ experience with Node.
  
  JS.
• 4+ years’ experience with SQL (preferably Postgres)
• Experience with AWS resources and CI/CD practices (AWS certificates are a plus)
• Comfortable with Linux concepts and shell
• Experience with modern development environments with containers (docker) and CI processes, deploying to Kubernetes or ECS
• Experience in full lifecycle development of products including mobile apps
• Experience leading an enterprise project or product initiative to completion
• Experience with micro-services, and common enterprise architecture patterns a plus
• Proven ownership and responsibility for production, mission-critical infrastructure in a cloud computing environment
