Over this 12-month programme, you’ll join our engineering teams, tackle real-world projects, and take on challenges that drive impact. With structured training, hands‑on experience, and guidance from experts, you’ll grow your skills, explore different areas, and shape the future of finance.

We’re looking for problem‑solving Android Engineers who want to design and deliver features that millions of customers will use every day.

Our stack includes Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, RxJava, Coroutines, Dagger, Retrofit, MVVM architecture, and a TDD approach.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

• Recruitment:
  September 2025 – January 2026

• Collaborating with product designers on new feature design and prototyping
• Shaping the user experience, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release
• Building elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
• Helping define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app
• Prototyping new interactions based on peer and user feedback
• Developing expertise with the Android SDK
• Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
• Sharing updates with global teams and learning from senior engineers
• Using regular feedback to accelerate your development

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A portfolio of coding projects or open‑source contributions
• A degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
• Solid problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, ambitious, and results‑driven approach
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• To be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, diverse team environment
• Full‑time availability from September 2026
