Our expertise falls into three main categories:

• Building Custom AI Solutions:
  Deploying high-impact, AI-enabled technology utilizing IDP, Agentic RAG.
• Cloud and Data Infrastructure:
  Optimizing business operations with our data management and cloud computing solutions.
• Team Augmentation:
  Providing specialized experts in Fin Tech, AdTech, and Health Tech to integrate seamlessly and accelerate project timelines.

We are considering candidates residing in Poland or Serbia.

• Develop maintainable, high-performance, and secure back-end code for microservices and APIs.
• Connect and manage services with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis) and event-driven architectures (Active
  
  MQ, Temporal).
• Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems, multiple environments, and configuration setups.
• Guide engineers to enhance technical expertise and improve coding standards.
• Work closely with product managers, QAs architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear communication of technical progress and project risks to the management and the clients.

• 6+ years of software development back‑end experience.
• Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs/microservices.
• Experience dworking with large-scale, service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems (Active
  
  MQ, Temporal) and data stores (Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis).
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and distributed system challenges.
• AWS.

• B2B contract with Lineate US.
• Full-time, 40 hours a week.
