We are looking for a talented Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system stability, compatibility, and performance. You will lead technical decisions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance application functionality and user experience.

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring stability, compatibility, and performance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business objectives and manage key technical decisions.
• Improve application scalability and extensibility using advanced caching and load balancing solutions (e.g., Docker).
• Build omnichannel integration layers for third‑party systems (BI, CRM, 3PL, PSP) with a focus on performance, security, and extensibility.
• Implement modern payment solutions (e‑wallets, tokenization) and collaborate with solution vendors.
• Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions and technology adoption.

• Master proficiency in Adobe Magento Commerce and Hyva Themes.
• Strong expertise in Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering, including integration and testing.
• Advanced knowledge of Packaged Development Estimating, Application Integration, and SaaS Testing.
• Experience with Docker and scalable architecture for large data volumes and high transaction rates.
• Ability to design secure, high‑performance integration layers for omnichannel eCommerce solutions.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
