Engineer — Mobile​/React Native; NXJ

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer (Mobile / React Native) with a strong growth/product mindset to join their small, high-impact team. This is not a typical developer role, it’s a unique opportunity to own the entire technical growth stack and have a direct impact on revenue, conversion rates, and user engagement.

• Own the end-to-end conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout
• Build and A/B test dynamic pricing, signup flows, and questionnaires
• Implement and manage server-side tracking and marketing integrations (GA, Meta CAPI, Apps Flyer)
• Route event data into Big Query and collaborate on growth reporting
• Work closely with Product & Marketing on experiments and lifecycle strategies
• Deliver impactful features fast and iterate based on performance

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a fast-paced B2C or product environment
• Strong experience with mobile applications (React Native), including in-app event tracking and mobile attribution, is critical for this role
• Backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB
• Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics, pixels, and event tracking
• Experience running A/B tests and working with marketing teams
• Ownership mindset and product intuition

• Background with Big Query or data warehouses
• Familiarity with Optimizely, Launch Darkly, or custom experimentation frameworks
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• CI/CD and Dev Ops familiarity
