Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Digital Innovations team in the Geospatial sector. This role reports to the Field Services Manager and is responsible for generating business leads and qualifying them for sales readiness. The representative will create and manage demand for our Google® Cloud & Geospatial offerings across North America.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and assess business opportunities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing company marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Contact prospects through thoughtful phone/email campaigns to initiate relationship building.
  • Make high‑volume outbound calls and conduct extensive follow‑up.
  • Follow up directly with customers after marketing campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and prospecting activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified lead generation, sales meeting, and revenue goals.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Google sales team and Woolpert marketing team.
  • Deliver qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Present complex technology clearly to non‑technical prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, offering constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience or a similar role with SaaS or Geospatial.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM.
  • Understanding of BANT and MEDDIC discovery frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Cloud architectures, Google Maps Platform, and/or public Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
