As we continue to expand in the DACH region
, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and drive new business opportunities across the ERP/D365 market.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH region (focus on Germany and Austria).
  • Drive outbound lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity creation
    .
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ERP/D365 opportunities
    .
  • Present and position solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders
    .
  • Negotiate contracts and achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Everwares consulting and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in ERP solutions, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    .
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and opportunity generation
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English
    ; French is a strong plus
    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    .

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and growth. The base salary for this position starts from €85,000 for junior candidates
, with higher packages available depending on experience and proven sales success. In addition, an attractive commission structure ensures strong earning potential for high performers.
