Sales Development Representative (SDR) for SaaS Company

Our client is a SaaS company in the Influencer Management space , focused on helping hobbyist-driven brands grow through creator partnerships. Unlike mass-market platforms, they specialize in niche communities such as golf, photography, fitness, and indoor gardening —brands built by and for enthusiasts.

The company already has strong lead lists and outbound email systems in place and is now expanding into a more strategic outbound calling approach to drive demos and revenue growth.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative , you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with potential customers, and setting appointments for the sales team. You’ll focus on building relationships with key decision-makers and introducing them to powerful software solutions that transform how they manage their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
    Make cold calls to existing and newly researched leads to introduce the platform and generate interest.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Book qualified demos and meetings with brand decision-makers.
  • Lead Research and List Building:
    Research prospects and assist in refining lead lists using Seamless.ai and the same tools
  • CRM Management:
    Track calls, notes, outcomes in the CRM (currently Hub Spot)
  • Sales Conversion:

    Confidently discuss influencer marketing, social media trends, and creator partnerships.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (Hub Spot, Seamless.ai, Salesforce, Go High Level , etc. is a plus)
  • Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • BPO sales experience is an advantage
