Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in the sanitary industry to oversee and manage sales-related projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and sales project management skills. Role

Location:

Northeastern Poland + the Mazovia Voivodeship.

Responsibilities
  • Project Acquisition & Development
  • Actively search for new sanitary projects in residential, commercial, and public sectors
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (investors, architects, developers, contractors, installers)
  • Build a robust project pipeline aligned with company strategy
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in project decision-making
  • Coordinate with the sales force and internal departments to secure project wins
  • Sales Process & Execution
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines
  • Monitor project progress from acquisition to delivery
  • Ensure product specification is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline data using CRM tools
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for the Channel Leader
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Qualifications
  • Technical education (preferred fields: sanitary engineering, construction) — either through work experience or formal education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design sales in the sanitary fittings, HVAC, building materials, or related industries
  • Knowledge of issues related to sanitary installations
  • Knowledge of the construction market environment: network of contacts among architects, design offices, general contractors, developers, and installation companies
Interpersonal Skills
  • Good communication with customers (investors, architects, and contractors)
  • Ability to manage relationships with various project participants
  • Negotiation skills – ability to effectively negotiate terms of cooperation with business partners, both at the distributor and contractor levels
  • Ability to organize technical workshops and product presentations
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good work organization and planning skills
  • Knowledge of English – min B2
  • Valid category B driver's license in Poland
Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge and active use of project activity analysis software (e.g., Excel, project management systems) that will help in data analysis and work organization
  • Highly results-oriented, able to organize work well, often under time pressure, while maintaining high quality and precision
  • Mobility and availability for meetings with clients in Northeastern Poland + the Mazovia Voivodeship
