Business Development Specialist - Sea & Air

We're growing our Sea & Air logistics offering - and we're looking for someone who knows how to build meaningful commercial partnerships, not just close deals.

What success looks like: In your first months, you’ll help bring in new business and strengthen relationships with our existing customers in the Sea & Air segment. You’ll stay close to clients’ needs, represent their challenges internally, and identify where we can add the most value. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer growth: Growing our customer base in Sea & Air logistics
• Relationship building: Developing strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients
• Commercial impact: Achieving sales targets and contributing to long-term growth
• Tailored offers & deal closing: Preparing and presenting tailored solutions - and confidently closing deals
• Sales planning & reporting: Staying organized and focused through structured planning and reporting

What the job looks like: This role is hands-on and strategic - you’ll be in the field, speaking with customers, and shaping the way they experience our service from day one.

• Stay close to customer needs and market trends
• Proactively engage with prospects and build your pipeline
• Work primarily remote, yet collaborate with internal teams to align solutions to client needs
• Represent customer feedback and support smooth execution
• Work confidently with CRM tools and Excel to track progress

What you bring: You’re a confident communicator who thrives in a commercial environment and understands the pace and rhythm of logistics sales. You listen first, build connections naturally, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in sea or air freight sales / a similar role
• Understanding of logistics customer needs and sales cycles
• Comfortable reaching out to customers and building from scratch
• Structured and detail-oriented with solid Excel skills
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent in Polish
• Familiar with CRM/sales tools (nice to have, not required)
• Flexible, proactive mindset
