Sales Development Representative - LatAm

Rad Hires is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in LATAM to join their team on a contract basis.

The SDR is responsible for assisting in generating new leads and developing relationships with potential customers in the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, as well as experience in working with CRM systems.

• Build lists of leads using Apollo and Sales Navigator
• Generate new leads through outbound prospecting campaigns that consist of cold calling, Linked In messaging, email, and SMS
• Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential customers
• Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of deals
• Close deals and achieve sales targets

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of the sales process and managing sales pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Proficiency with Apollo
• Proficiency with Linked In Sales Navigator
• Proficiency in creating outbound sequences that convert into meetings using tools such as Lemlist
• Proficiency with cold calling and writing cold calling scripts that convert
• Proficiency in lead qualification and objection handling
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
