Fabric Sales Specialist - Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży Dzianin

We are searching for an experienced Fabric Sales Specialist for the Polish operations of our partner company, which has a strong, fast, and dynamic structure in the knitted textile industry. The company manages yarn, dyeing, and knitting processes entirely in-house, is highly specialized in knitted fabrics, and serves a wide range of customer segments including sportswear, underwear, home wear, and fashion.

The company exports to many countries, primarily including Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Serbia, and Russia. This role represents the first pillar of our partner company’s sales expansion in Poland. The focus is to build and manage long‑term customer relationships while driving new business across Poland in the knitted fabric industry.

• Manage the full sales cycle from reaching out to new clients to deal closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare and present offers, proposals, and agreements in coordination with the management team.
• Ensure an excellent client experience throughout onboarding, renewal, and retention stages.
• Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, managing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor local market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
• Work closely with the Headquarter to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in textile sector,
• Preferably candidates with proven sales experience in knitted fabrics along with a strong and established customer portfolio,
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen,
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑driven personality,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Languages:
  
  Polish (fluent), English (advanced – written and spoken).
