Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to help us expand our market presence in Poland, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate the adoption of our digital parking and payment solutions.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory or cluster — driving growth, customer satisfaction, and adoption of our full portfolio of solutions, including Pay & Display (P&D) machines, SaaS platforms, mobility insights, and the Easy Park mobile payment solution.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account management. A natural relationship builder with a consultative mindset, you’ll work closely with city councils, parking operators, and private partners to deliver smarter, more efficient mobility ecosystems.

This is a field-based role with travel expected roughly three days per week, combined with time for preparation, planning, and follow-up.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals within your assigned cluster.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads through proactive outreach and relationship building.

  • Present and demonstrate solutions that address customer needs — both technical and commercial.

  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and manage the contracting process.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and post-sale success.

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Drive account growth through upselling and expansion opportunities.

What you bring
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management — ideally within parking management, smart city solutions, or technology sectors.

  • Commercial mindset: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Technical curiosity: Understanding of parking systems, payment technologies, and SaaS solutions.

  • Relationship builder: Confident engaging with customers at all levels, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers.

  • Strong communicator: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and the local language
    .

  • Organized and proactive: Able to manage multiple priorities independently while staying focused on results.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Location: This is a field-based role so prefer candidates covering sales territory divided into North, Central, and South Poland regions to ensure optimal market coverage and proximity.
