Position: Business Development Representative - SaaS (LATAM)
Location: Town of Poland

Job Summary

Our client is an AI-driven technology company that empowers QA teams to identify issues faster and automatically generate code to resolve them. You’ll be joining the team at a pivotal moment as the company prepares for its official market launch this quarter. Core Tasks
  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling (dialer provided), email outreach
  • Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using several tools
  • Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
  • Filter un- or under qualified leads through phone conversation
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  • Create role-related metrics and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
  • Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed
Must-Haves
  • 3+ years experience in phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role
  • Hands on experience with a B2B saas product (experience working with AI a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing on Linkedin DM campaigns
  • Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
  • 1+ years experience using Hub Spot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt
  • Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
  • Ability to work full-time PST (We can be flexible here)
Nice-to-Haves
  • An interest in AI
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
