Sales & Operational Manager, Spain At Green Reporting Sp. z o. o., she is a key person responsible for developing sales to individual and corporate clients, as well as to the company's business partners in the Spanish market. Her primary responsibilities include developing and selling the company's CO2 reporting services in this market using the Reporting Assistant, building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, and developing sales strategies for expansion into foreign markets with the support of the company's management team.
She also builds an effective sales department focused on achieving sales results.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process in the Spanish market
- Planning and implementing activities aimed at increasing sales in the assigned market
- Market and competition analysis
- Effective implementation of sales plans
- Maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new customers in the assigned market
- Preparation of commercial offers and negotiation of contract terms
- Monitoring sales metrics and reporting results
Developing sales strategies and identifying and developing new sales channels - Collaboration with other company departments to achieve business goals
- Regular data updates in the CRM system
- Creating sales reports and analyses
- Timely completion of the CBAM report for the acquired client
- Informing the client about the progress of the CBAM report and informing them about the latest information regarding the carbon tax.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a similar position in a related industry.
- Education: Higher, preferred fields of study are economics, management, marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of Spanish to a fluid degree.
- Negotiation skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Market knowledge: Good knowledge of the market and industry trends related to environmental reporting and sustainable development.
- Independence in action: the ability to organize working time and cope with difficult situations, as well as the ability to assign tasks so that the set sales goals are achieved and fulfilled.
- Innovation: Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Goal orientation: Strong goal orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
